After purchasing the training or enrolling in the Free Starter Series, you'll be asked to create a password, the email you checkout with and the password you create will become your log in. You can also log in anytime and if you need to reset your password, submit a request or reach out to me directly.

Yes. Holiday Lights University is designed to work on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices so you can learn wherever it's most convenient.
No. Each purchase is licensed for a single user. Sharing login credentials or distributing course materials is prohibited under our Terms of Service.
Our goal is to respond to all support requests within 1 business day. Response times may be longer during weekends, holidays, or the peak installation season.
Yes. We offer a full refund if you change your mind within 24 hours of purchase and as long as you do not watch more than 25% of the training videos. After that 24 hour window or if more than 25% of the training is watched, then there will be no refunds. This protects the value of the training and respects those who purchased.
