This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Holiday Lights University LLC ("Holiday Lights University," "HLU," "we," "our," or "us").

By purchasing any educational training program or digital product from Holiday Lights University, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Our Refund Policy

Holiday Lights University offers a limited 24-hour refund period to allow new Students to determine whether the training is the right fit.

Because our products provide immediate access to digital educational content, refunds are available only under the conditions described below.

2. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, both of the following requirements must be satisfied:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of your original purchase; and
  • You must have completed less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the training at the time your refund request is received.

If either condition is not met, your purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • more than 24 hours have passed since your purchase;
  • you have completed 25% or more of the training;
  • you have substantially accessed or downloaded the educational materials;
  • you violate our Terms of Service;
  • you engage in account sharing or unauthorized distribution of our content;
  • your account is terminated for violating our policies; or
  • your request falls outside the requirements described in this Refund Policy.
4. Digital Products

Holiday Lights University sells digital educational products that are delivered immediately after purchase.

Once access has been granted, the educational content cannot be "returned" in the same manner as a physical product.

For this reason, refunds are limited to the eligibility requirements described above.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, we encourage you to contact us first so we can review the issue.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Holiday Lights University may result in:

  • suspension of your account;
  • termination of access to the training; and
  • submission of purchase records, login history, viewing history, and communications to your payment provider in response to the dispute.

Nothing in this section limits any legal rights you may have under applicable law.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, visit help center on our website and submit the form or email:

Please include:

  • your full name;
  • the email address used for your purchase;
  • the date of purchase; and
  • your reason for requesting a refund.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

7. Processing Refunds

If your request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Holiday Lights University is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

8. Policy Changes

Holiday Lights University reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.

Changes become effective upon posting to our website unless otherwise stated.

Purchases will remain subject to the Refund Policy that was in effect at the time of purchase unless required otherwise by law.
